Beginning with a consultation to find out what you are looking for in a massage and assessing what could help you best, the treatment is tailored to you. Letting us know in the consultation, or on booking, you can choose an overall full body massage or choose to focus on a specific area such as the back and neck. You can choose for relaxation or for us to work together for injury recovery and rehabilitation, pain relief, tension release or similar. Together we design a treatment that is most beneficial to you. With practitioners Brian Cervera or Katherine Saxby (name will be shown on booking) at Creuynni Complementary Healthcare.

Cancellation Policy
